It's Wednesday.
Wednesdays are generally good days for me.
Let's hope that trend continues.

The comic book store next to my shop gets new books in on Wednesdays.
It's comical to watch the people come in to get this weeks episode of their favorite. All day long people of all races, economic background and weight come in looking for 'what happens next!' Some take their books and drive away, other sit in their cars and read the whole thing on their lunch hour. We're talking college students to stock brokers in 3 piece suits. I see the same people every week. It's better here since the comic book store moved in a few months ago. More traffic to the center, though very few come to my shop. A tanning salon/art glass studio (yeah, fun combo). But it gives me something new to watch out my big windows.

I'm lucky to be surrounded by art. My shop has a small gallery area with local artisansdisplaying works for sale. A nature photographer, glass painter, stained glass artist and I do glass fusing. Slow season at a tanning salon gives me time to play with glass. I do love my job.

I guess this is it for a first post that few, if any, will read.
It's for my own needs anyway. Like when you have a song stuck in your head; singing it outloud can make it go away.
